About the Founder 

Rafaa Mustafa is a seasoned Change Management Expert with a robust track record in driving measurable business impact through effective change management and training solutions.

 

With extensive experience in digital adoption, business consulting, and learning & development, Rafaa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the consulting space.

 

Rafaa has held significant leadership roles in leading organisations such as PwC Australia and 7-Eleven Australia. Her international career includes pivotal positions in Dubai, where she supported organisations across the UAE, the Middle East, and Africa.

 

Rafaa has led digital capability uplift initiatives and managed complex change projects, developing employees' skills for success in the digital age. She has expertly planned, designed, and executed numerous change management initiatives, facilitating the successful adoption of new processes and technologies, and significantly enhancing business operations.
